At mixthemessage.com we don’t think you should pay any extra Handling & Shipping costs for ordering more. That’s why we only charge you a Handling & Shipping cost for the first item in the shopping basket. After that you can order as much as you want, you don’t end up paying anymore in Handling & Shipping.

Note: The Handling & Shipping cost is displayed as 'Delivery method' at the 'Shopping basket' stage of the order process.

We send all items first class standard delivery.

To…Europe

We send all orders by airmail standard delivery.

Delivery should take 5 working days from dispatch:

That’s right – it costs just £1.22 (€1.52) in Handling & Shipping – however much you order.

To the….Rest of the World

We send all orders by airmail standard delivery.

Delivery should take 7 working days from dispatch:

That’s right – it costs just £1.89 ($3.31) in Handling & Shipping – however much you order.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be kept up to date via email with the option to change your order if you would rather not wait.

If a shipment is returned to us as a result of the recipient being un-contactable or not responding to a card left by the carriers, a second delivery charge may be made at our discretion before the goods are re-delivered.

Please note that if your shipment becomes lost as a result of you entering an incorrect or incomplete address when placing your order, we will not be held responsible for the loss.

When ordering goods from mixthemessage.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
